My name is Nieve and I'm the 7yr old grand-daughter of Mr & Mrs Mitchell. I have asked my mummy to send this letter to you because I wanted to tell you how happy you have made me.

My Nan & Grandad have been smoking since before I was born and used to smoke a lot of cigarettes in one day. They have both tried to stop smoking in the past but it has never worked and they soon started again.

I got really upset when Nanny had to go to hospital nearly two years ago for two weeks because she was so poorly.

Since they have been to see you, its been amazing because they have both completely stopped and I am so happy about this. It also means that Nanny & Grandad will be able to see me growing up, which is by far the best news I could have wished for.

Once again thank you so much for helping my Nanny & Grandad to stop smoking, it really means so much to me and my family.

What can I say? Well, I cannot believe how easy it has been! It’s as if you flicked a switch in my head, completely turning off any desire whatsoever to have a cigarette.

After 25 years of being a smoker, I simply stopped even thinking about cigarettes. It was instant. There were no withdrawal symptoms. And I haven’t replaced the habit with anything else like eating sweets – it’s as if I never smoked.

I feel fantastic physically and am bursting with confidence because with your help, I’ve finally achieved something I’d failed at so many times before. I’m now a non smoker and I’ll be one for the rest of my life! Thank you so very much

I met Mick back in 2003 when he booked a stop smoking session. He left my office as a happy non-smoker, as do the majority of my clients.

A couple of years ago he did a video testimonial for me which you can see on this site... as you can see in the video it is in 4 parts because Mick kept forgetting what he wanted to say... it was hilarious.

Mick told me that 18 months after I stopped him smoking, he got advanced kidney cancer and had to have a kidney removed. I asked him what would have happened if we hadn't done what we had done back in 2003? He replied very quickly that he had spoken to his consultant and told me that he wouldn't have been around to record the video.

I feel very honoured and humbled to have met Mick and take some tiny bit of comfort from knowing that what we did added time to how long he spent on this earth.

I would like to take this opportunity to pass on my condolences to his family and friends at this time. I know Mick will be greatly missed.

In September of 2003 I was at the stage where I really started to become conscious of the health issues and anti social aspects of smoking.

I had smoked for more than 15 years and at that stage was currently smoking 30 a day, I had tried and failed with various methods in the past and was starting
to worry that I would be hooked for the rest of my life.

I decided to try Hypnotherapy as I had heard of several success stories and already knew that the various replacement therapy options did not work for me. I saw an advert for Robert’s hypnotherapy services on the internet and decided to give him a ring, to be honest not actually expecting much to come of it.

However that one conversation ended up changing my life, I haven’t picked up a cigarette since, not only that but I haven’t missed it at all. Our conversation lasted 20 minutes and during that time something just clicked
with me, to such an extent that I immediately threw away my packet of cigarettes and from that day forth resolved to never smoke again.

To be honest it has been far more simple than I had ever anticipated and has given me a new lease of life. Now I obviously do not expect anyone to be able to
give up after just one phone call, however it worked for me and I would recommend Roberts services to anyone.
