FAQ - stop smoking hypnotherapy CD

Q. "What Really happens on stage shows?"

A. Who volunteers to go on stage at these shows?... People who have seen the shows before and are prepared to do whatever is asked of them – that is why they volunteered. They are exhibitionists, show-offs, people who like to be the centre of attention. They are UP FOR IT! You can’t be made to do anything that you don’t want to do. If hypnosis could do that, then we wouldn’t need guns to rob banks.

Q. "What if the stop smoking hypnotherapy doesn’t work?"

A. Hypnosis works, but only if the client really wants the change to take place. Hypnotherapy was approved as a medical tool by The British Medical Association in 1955; The American Medical Association approved it in 1958. They were carrying out amputations and brain tuma removal only using hypnosis for pain control

Q."What happens if I get stuck in Hypnosis?"

A. It is impossible to get stuck in hypnosis. Hypnosis is just a state of relaxation. You are aware of everything that is going on around you. If an airplane flew by overhead you would hear it, if a phone rang you would hear it, but none of these things would matter to you.

Q. "What happens if I can’t be hypnotized?"

A. There are only two classifications of people who can’t be hypnotized; some one who has an IQ of below 70 (which is really mentally subnormal). Or someone who is on such strong medication that the just can’t understand what the hypnotist is saying. Other than that, anyone can be hypnotized.

Q. "What will happen at the times of the day that I would normally have a cigarette?"

A. Nothing! Our stop smoking hypnotherapy aims to completely remove the desire that you currently have for cigarettes, but we remove it from a level of your mind that you don’t even know is there. So there will not be a time in the day that you would think about cigarettes. We help you to replace it with more healthier habits and we let you decide what they will be.

Q. "How exactly does it work?"

A.There are two parts to your mind: the conscious and unconscious part. The conscious part is the part you act with, think with, it controls your willpower, it’s the part you think is in control of what you’re doing everyday. If it was in control, you would just stop smoking, because you must have really good reasons as to why you want to stop – but you are still doing it. So it is obviously not been controlled by this part of your mind. In the unconscious part of your mind all of your habits are stored and controlled. In this part of your mind we make the changes, we can only access this part of your mind when you are relaxed, because that’s all hypnosis is, it’s just a state of relaxation.

Q. "How long does it take?"

A. Our stop smoking hypnotherapy programme usually only takes one session to stop smoking using our Unique combination of Advanced Hypnosis techniques. So you don’t need to worry about taking time off work for several visits. By buying your own stop Smoking CD it will only take about an hour, to become a happy non-smoker.

Q. “Is hypnosis guaranteed to work?”

A. No, of course it can’t be guaranteed; if it could, every hypnotherapist on the planet would be booked solidly for the rest of their lives. What we can say is that the majority of people do stop. We have found that the success our clients experience is linked to their commitment and motivation for wanting to stop.

I decided to enquire about acupuncture once, and asked “Do you guarantee that you will cure my problem?” They replied “No.” Well after three sessions they didn’t cure it and I lost my money, but I was prepared to take that chance, but acupuncture is successful for lots of people, just not me. The only way to find out if stop smoking hypnotherapy will work for you is to try it for yourself!
